I made a hat!
The winter hasn't officially come yet but for the last few weeks it's been definitely feeling like it did! I'm on an archaeological excavations for over a month now and it's been freezing cold, so I got inspired (and motivated:)) to make myself a new hat. Also, it turned out that the little town we've been situated in has a store with a variety of wools and knitting tools, all priced super reasonable, so I took it as a sign that it's a knitting time.
The pattern is Wavy Moss Hat from Cedar Box Knits, which I found on Ravelry. You can choose from a fitted beanie, relaxed slouchy hat or simple cabled headband and I went for the second one. I added a pom pom because everything can only benefit from a pom pom or few :)
Big thank you to my dear friend Olga who took these autumny pictures :)
