Kids grow FAST! And they tend to rip holes in the knees, leaving them with short and destroyed pants! Which is why one of my favorite refashions that I do every single spring is to chop off old trousers at the knees and re-hem them. An extra bonus is making simple patch pockets from the fabric that's been cut off. Pockets always come in handy, amiright?! Especially when they have Minions freezer paper stencilled on them!
