I love cowls at this time of the year. They just seem to fill the gap where the top of a coat lets in the first icy blasts of cold air from the north.
This cowl uses the same pattern as my previous Sawston Infinity Scarf so I have added it to the pattern as a new smaller size.
The Bluefaced Leicester yarn I used here, from West Yorkshire Spinners, is so soft and warm – perfect for an item worn close to the neck. I can see I will be wearing this a lot.
