Gauge 
Phil Caresse DK is recommended by Phildar for N ° 4 knitting needles, it is deliberately used for this pattern with thinner needles (3 mm).

Phildar Gauge : Using 4 mm needles, 23 sts. and 30 rows to obtain 10 cm over Stocking Stitch.

Pattern Gauge : Using 3 mm needles, 25 sts. and 52 rows to obtain 10 cm over Garter Stitch.

Measurements are given in 4 sizes: 
Newborn - 3 months / 6 months / 12 months / 18 - 24 months. 
Chest: 48 / 52 / 56 / 62 cm
