My grandma taught me sewing basics when I was 8 or 9, and I've been experimenting ever since! I'm a huge thrift store junkie, and am constantly haunting all the local stores looking for clothes and other things to reinvent at the moment; I used to be into quilting and went through a bag/purse-making phase as well. I recently picked up crocheting and have also dabbled in jewelry making and upholstery - I love anything diy/hands-on :D
